Over the years, the duo has had a fair share of ups and downs in their personal life. Last year, in January 2025, the Bollywood actor was admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital after he was attacked in his Mumbai residence. Recently, Saif Ali Khan sat for a conversation with Soha Ali Khan on her podcast, All About Her. During the conversation, Saif reflected on his marriage with Kareena Kapoor Khan. He called himself lucky for being in a stable and fulfilling marriage. The Agent Vinod actor admitted that in his earlier relationships, he was not balanced or satisfying. Before giving love another chance, Saif was married to Amrita Singh and the couple got divorced in 2014. He highlighted that growing older brought him more clarity about relationships. He credited his wife, Kareena, for her support. He was quoted as saying:
“I am very lucky that my wife and I have been on the same page. Relationship-wise, I have not always been lucky or settled or super happy, but I am today for various reasons, my maturity, as well as the kindness and understanding of my partner.”
