Reliance Jamnagar Refinery was the dream project of Dhirubhai Ambani

When Dhirubhai Ambani, Reliance Industries’ founder, wanted to open a refinery, all he got was a barren land in the desolated region of Jamnagar near a village called Motikhavdi. People told Dhirubhai that getting people, materials, and technical support would be very difficult. But Dhirubhai, the man who was hailed for his vision, was confident about his dream and went ahead.
