Recap of the One Piece Season 1
One Piece Season 1 kicked off with the deceased King of the Pirates, ‘Gold Roger’ (played by Michael Dorman), who was about to be executed due to his crimes. Before his death, he revealed that he had hidden a treasure known as One Piece. He shared that whoever finds the treasure will get wealth, fame, and power. This revelation led to the Great Pirate Era, as everyone went off in search of this treasure. 22 years passed by, but no one got hold of the treasure. However, it was ‘Monkey D. Luffy’ who was adamant to lose hope and continued his search. He befriended ‘Nami’, ‘Roronoa Zoro’ and more and embarked on a mission to find out the treasure.
