A massive fire broke out in a residential building in Delhi’s Palam near metro staion on Wednesday (March 18) morning, prompting a massive firefighting and rescue operation, an official said as per PTI. Thirty fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the flames and rescue people who may be trapped inside. There was no immediate confirmation of casualties or injuries.
Several people are feared trapped inside the building as per PTI.
A call regarding the blaze was received at 7 am from a house located in a building in Palam, they said.
