In a disturbing incident, a 30-year-old Bengaluru woman allegedly stabbed her ex-boyfriend with a kitchen knife. The woman, however, visited the Bidadi police station and calmly confessed to the crime. Following this, the woman was arrested by the police officials, according to a TOI report. The incident took place near the Silk Farm Quarters area in Bidadi, sending shockwaves across the region.
The woman, identified as Sudha, was taken into police custody. After her confession, a police team rushed to the victim’s residence at Silk Farm, where the officials found 26-year-old Venugopal, a gym trainer, suffering from severe stab injuries in his abdomen and hands.
The police officials rushed him to a nearby hospital, where he is undergoing treatment and is stable, the doctors confirmed.
Walked into Police Station, Calmly Confessed to Kill Boyfriend
After brutally killing her ex-boyfriend, the woman went to the police station and confessed to the murder. In a casual and calm tone, she told police officers, “He could be dead now; his intestines had come out during the attack.”

After her confession, Sudha, a private firm employee, was arrested on charges of attempted murder and remanded in judicial custody at Ramanagara district prison.
She said that she was in a relationship with Venugopal for two years. She added that he reportedly began to distance himself and stopped responding to her phone calls, which allegedly caused distress and anger.
“Venugopal started ignoring me, which made me insecure”. She further told investigators, “For the last 10 days, he stopped taking my calls or replying on WhatsApp. I suspected he was seeing someone else.”
The Bengaluru woman added that she went to his house on Thursday night, and when he tried to walk away from her, she attacked him with a kitchen knife, which she brought from her home.
