The pilot project successfully connects the Chandapura clinic to the Narayana Health City laboratory in Bommasandra. While the 4 km commute typically takes nearly an hour by road during peak traffic, the drones complete the journey in just 10 minutes. Massive Scalability with 700 Successful Flights
Since operations began in early 2026, the drones have completed over 700 flights across a 54-day trial period with zero failed deliveries. Each flight is capable of carrying up to 40 diagnostic samples per trip.
