Bengaluru: Several locations in Bengaluru are expected to face a 8-hour-long power outage on Sunday (February 22, 2026), the Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) announced. The blackout will affect several regions across the city. The outage, which is expected to last for eight hours, is a part of essential maintenance work at the SRS Peenya Substation.
