Cult classic TV series, Firefly, is coming back after 24 years
In the science fiction genre, Firefly was definitely the show that captivated viewers during its 14-episode run. However, FOX soon cancelled it in 2022, leaving the fandom heavily disappointed. Well, Nathan Fillion recently shocked the attendees at AwesomeCon by revealing that the series is finally coming back. Instead of a live-action, Firefly will come back on screens through an animated reboot. If reports are believed to be true, the entire crew of the film, Serenity, along with the original cast, will be seen taking up voice roles in the reboot. This is the first time that has ever happened for any of Firefly’s revival projects.
