Sun TV Network defended Kalanithi Maran amidst accusations from his brother, Dayanidhi, regarding fraudulent practices following their father’s death in 2003. The company asserted that the family division 22 years ago complied with all legal requirements and agreements were vetted before Sun TV’s public issue.
