Zen Tech buys 55% stake in Hyderabad defence drone firm: Stock hits 5% upper circuit on acquisition news; sector in focus post Operation Sindoor



Zen Technologies, a Hyderabad-based anti-drone tech firm, has acquired a majority stake in TISA Aerospace for approximately ₹6.6 crore. This acquisition grants Zen Technologies access to TISA’s expertise in loitering munitions and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Following the announcement, Zen Technologies’ stock surged to a 5% upper circuit on the Bombay Stock Exchange, reaching ₹1995.3 per share.
