The International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC) will challenge the Telangana High Court’s decision to quash the land allotment in the Supreme Court, according to Justice (Retd) B Sudarshan Reddy. IAMC clarifies that former CJI NV Ramana’s role was limited to drafting the trust deed.
