Job loss, divorce, distress: Lucknow woman who drove car on railway tracks in Hyderabad sent to Institute of Mental Health (IMH); booked



A 34-year-old woman, grappling with job loss and divorce-related stress, drove her car onto railway tracks near Shankarpally in a suspected suicide attempt, disrupting train services for an hour. Authorities halted train movement and shifted her to IMH, Erragadda, after a medical check-up. She faces legal action under the BNS, Railway Act, and for allegedly attacking police during detention.
