Satyaprem Ki Katha remains one of Kiara Advani’s most acclaimed performances, and today, June 29, the actress marked the film’s second anniversary with a heartfelt post. Taking to her Instagram handle, Kiara shared a fan-made reel celebrating her character, Katha. In the caption, she wrote, “Two years of this gem and still get so much love for Katha.”
The film, which was released in 2023, also stars Kartik Aaryan in the lead, alongside Gajraj Rao, Supriya Pathak, and Shikha Talsania. Directed by Sameer Vidwans and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the romantic drama was well-received at the box office. To commemorate the milestone, Vidwans also posted the official film poster on his social media handle.
Fans poured into the comments section to express their love for the film. One user wrote, “You created a masterpiece, Sameer sir. Sattu and Katha’s love story is an emotion.” A Kartik Aaryan fan page commented, “Thank you sir for giving us Satyaprem Ki Katha… a movie that truly justifies its name #TrueLove.” Meanwhile, a section of netizens voiced their wish for a sequel featuring Kartik and Kiara.

On the professional front, director Sameer Vidwans is now reuniting with Kartik Aaryan for Karan Johar’s next production, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. However, the Satyaprem Ki Katha trio won’t return, as Ananya Panday takes on the female lead this time. The team recently wrapped the Croatia schedule of the film.

Kiara Advani, currently on a break as she expects her first child with actor Sidharth Malhotra, will next be seen in War 2 opposite Hrithik Roshan. The film is set to release on August 14, 2025.
