A Hyderabad businessman has been acquitted of bigamy and cheating charges after being accused of marrying an IAS officer while already married to an actress. The actress alleged the businessman married the IAS officer at an IPS officer’s residence, who was a witness. The court acquitted the businessman due to lack of evidence and the actress’s failure to testify.
