SBI appoints 6 banks for Rs 25,000 crore QIP, first share sale in eight years



State Bank of India is set to raise up to ₹25,000 crore via a QIP, its first since 2017, aiming to boost its CET-1 capital ratio from the current 11%. Six investment banks, including Kotak and Morgan Stanley, will manage the issue, potentially India’s largest QIP to date.
