Thirumala Rao, the main suspect in the murder of land surveyor G Tejeshwar, was apprehended in Kadapa. Rao, along with his lover Ishwarya, initially planned to eliminate Rao’s wife but later targeted Tejeshwar due to their relationship. After 15 failed attempts, they successfully murdered Tejeshwar with the help of hired killers, after which Rao attempted to evade police.
