Schools in Hyderabad are facing a crisis. Private schools participating in the Best Available School Scheme have barred SC and ST students. This action is due to pending fees from the government for two years. School managements state they cannot afford operational costs. Many schools are on the verge of closure. They are unable to pay rent and other bills.
