Delhi petrol pump owners have requested police or civil defence personnel at fuel stations from July 1, when the rule of no fuel to end-of-life vehicles kicks in. The dealers fear confrontations with vehicle owners and a shift in sales to neighboring towns if the rule isn’t uniformly enforced across the NCR.
