Hyderabad police arrested Ashish Kumar, a repeat offender from Bihar, for allegedly conspiring to commit job fraud. He lured women from his hometown to Hyderabad with false promises of outsourcing jobs. Kumar took two women to an army canteen in Secunderabad, claiming they would be posted there.
