In a shocking incident, a four-year-old girl was rescued by Delhi Police from a 40-year-old woman, Barkha, who kidnapped her from Chandni Mahal on June 18. Barkha allegedly planned to force the child into begging and later sell her. Police traced the girl to Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, after reviewing CCTV footage.
