Celebrating the 10th International Yoga Day, the Elan Group hosted the debut edition of Soulset, a full-day wellness and lifestyle event at Elan Epic Mall in Gurugram. The event was headlined by Bollywood actor Sonal Chauhan, who led a high-energy early morning yoga session that drew participation from hundreds.
The event, held on Saturday, June 21, brought together wellness enthusiasts, influencers, and members of the public for a day centred on health, mindfulness, and community engagement. Known for her active engagement with wellness initiatives, Chauhan brought star presence to the event, which was themed ‘A Journey Within’.
Speaking about the event, Sonal Chauhan said, “In the chaos of our everyday lives, finding time to reconnect with ourselves and with our community is a rare gift. Soulset is more than just an event; it’s a celebration of mindful living, movement and meaningful connection. I’m delighted to be part of this incredible initiative by Elan Group, where wellness is not just practiced, but truly experienced.”
The day continued with workshops, wellness sessions, and a flea market. A Smoothie & Salad Workshop led by Chef Abhinav Sharma introduced guests to practical nutrition insights, while a dedicated wellness lounge and curated breakfast zone added to the immersive experience.
The event also featured integrations with lifestyle and wellness brands such as Vault, ASICS, SuperYou, Whatr, Mille, and was managed by Souldout. A vibrant flea market showcased pop-ups including Cafe Le Opa, and Red FM 93.5 served as the official radio partner, promoting the event city-wide.

Set against the backdrop of Elan Epic Mall’s open-air water courtyard and experiential architecture, Soulset served as a platform for integrating wellness into lifestyle spaces.
