The Supreme Court has temporarily halted the Telangana High Court’s investigation into fraudulent ownership claims concerning 100 acres of government land in Shamshabad. This order came after Mohammed Taher Khan challenged the HC’s directive for a special investigation team, which was prompted by the discovery of fabricated documents and fake judicial orders used to claim the land.
