NMC flags gaps: Telangana told to fix faculty shortage; 26 medical colleges, poor infrastructure



The National Medical Commission (NMC) has directed the Telangana government to urgently address faculty shortages and improve facilities at medical colleges across the state. Health Secretary Christina Z Chongthu and DME A Narendra Kumar appeared before the NMC to explain the challenges in staffing and infrastructure development due to the rapid establishment of numerous colleges.
