WhatsApp has finally been spotted working on a document scanning feature for Android, six months after it was introduced on WhatsApp for iOS. This allows users to scan and send documents directly within the app as media attachments. Last week, WhatsApp starting rolling out a message summarisation feature on a recent version of WhatsApp beta for Android.
