The Madras high court has ordered the arrest of ADGP H M Jayaram for his alleged involvement in the abduction of a 16-year-old boy. Justice P Velmurugan also directed MLA ‘Poovai’ Jagan Moorthy to cooperate with the investigation. The case stems from the kidnapping of Indrachand after his brother married against the wishes of the bride’s family.
