Delhi Police busted a stolen mobile phone resale operation in Jahangirpuri, arresting 29-year-old Javed Ali Saha. A raid on his mobile repair shop uncovered 281 smartphones, allegedly sourced from snatchers and thieves. Saha confessed to tampering with IMEI numbers and reselling the devices as refurbished.
